When hiking, I primarily want to convey a sense of well-being. I want to free my guests from everyday life and give them back their youth. What could be more obvious than adding a playful touch to our urge to move and reviving long-forgotten skills? We know many nuances of playing: a mood, a word, a gesture, a sound, an image, an everyday movement that has already been done a hundred times.

Through play, we discover our original desire to explore and create. For me, hiking is not simply about getting from one place to another in the shortest possible time. For me, experiencing the trail and nature is the goal. New perspectives and paths open up.

Years of experience and a huge selection of hikes

A sustainable approach to nature is important to me. So that our future generations can live freely, we are obliged not to burden them with ecological or economic debt. For me, preserving biodiversity is an obligation and an economic necessity. I am happy to share lots of interesting facts about the landscape, geology, fauna and flora.

Step by step, I support the hiker in becoming more aware and differentiated in their perception of impulses and concerns. In a playful dialog, I offer a harmonious path through conscious perception and movement. In this way, I hope to bring newfound vitality and clarity to the participants. Those who consciously appreciate the beauty of nature can also ensure sustainability.
